Slimming tea has grown in popularity and this has lead me to find out if this tea is legit or just hype.
There are tons of slimming tea products to choose from.
If you watch reviews on Youtube or read reviews on Google search it gets even more confusing because some reviews say drinking tea is a great way to lose weight while other reviews claim it’s not effective.
And medical research shows that there is little evidence that slimming teas work.
Well I decided try them for myself.

#1. Black Tea
This tea has a strong and rich flavor and it’s common that it will be served when dining at a Chinese restaurant.
Black tea has several benefits such as antioxidant properties and it may improve your focus.
Drinking black tea for 30 days I felt it help me feel less hungry and I could go longer before eating my next meal.
However in regards to weight loss I noticed a slight drop in weight.
#2. Green Tea
Green tea has antioxidants and some studies have shown that people who took EGCG-RICH green tea lost a modest amount of weight.
It taste great but don’t drink too close to your bed time because the caffiene can keep you awake.
#3. White Tea
White Tea, Black Tea, and Green Tea all contain caffeine and antioxidants.
There are some that love white tea because it can boost your metabolism.
It has a refreshing taste with notes of honey and can be drunk throughout the day.
#4. Peppermint Tea
Peppermint has a minty taste and is refreshing to drink.
If you have an upset stomach some drink peppermint tea because it can sooth your stomach.
It’s has no calories so can be a good choice if you want to replace it for your soda or juice.
Drinking this tea I didn’t notice any weight loss but I still enjoy it for the way it taste.
#5. Ginger Tea
Ginger tea is one of my favorite teas it has a nice flavor and because I found that it really did help me lose weight and reduce my waist size.
All I did was drink one cup at breakfast and another cup a few hours before bed.
Although medical reviews suggest it will need more research before concluding its weight loss benefits, I did lose weight.

Conclusion
Slimming tea in my experience was able to suppress my appetite and help me lose some weight.
However you will still need to eat healthy and exercise if you are serous about weight loss.
My favorite slimming tea is Ginger and Green tea because of the taste.
